1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, placing an order or listing a product on Torzon Market, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the market. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — material changes will be announced through the market interface and signed with our PGP key.
2. Description of Torzon market services
Torzon Market provides infrastructure for anonymous trading between buyers and vendors. We do not sell goods ourselves. Our services include: listing infrastructure, escrow, dispute resolution, reputation tracking, PGP-encrypted messaging and cryptocurrency payment processing. We do not hold custody of user funds beyond what's necessary for active escrow transactions.
- Escrow: Funds are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt. Auto-finalization occurs after 14 days if the buyer doesn't respond.
- Multisig: 2-of-3 multisig is available for orders above $500. Buyer, vendor and support each hold one key.
- Auto-delivery: Digital goods can be set to auto-deliver access details via PGP when escrow is funded.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Torzon Market. Accounts are anonymous — we don't collect names, emails or physical addresses. Account recovery requires a PGP key; if you lose your private key, you lose access to your account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. Multi-accounting (multiple buyer accounts) is tolerated; multi-accounting to manipulate vendor feedback is not.
4. Fees, payments and refunds
Buyers pay no platform fees. Cryptocurrency network fees apply on deposits and withdrawals — these are set by the blockchain, not by us. Vendors pay a non-refundable bond (amount varies by category) and a 2–5% commission on completed sales. Escrow refunds are issued when a dispute is resolved in the buyer's favor. Refunds are returned to the wallet they were sent from.
5. Acceptable use
Torzon Market allows most goods and services with some exceptions. Prohibited items include: weapons, explosives, hitmen or violence services, CSAM, counterfeit currency and anything that violates our vendor policies. Listings that violate these rules are removed, and the vendor loses their bond. Attempting to dox, SWAT or physically harm other users results in permanent ban and PGP-signed warning to the community.

6. Intellectual property
Torzon Market doesn't claim ownership of vendor listings, product descriptions or images. Vendors retain rights to their content. We reserve the right to remove listings that infringe third-party IP if notified through proper channels — though we don't respond to clearnet takedown requests.
7. Third-party vendors
Vendors are independent parties, not employees or agents of Torzon Market. We don't control what vendors sell or how they ship. We do vet vendors through bonds, PGP verification and dispute tracking. If a vendor scams you, file a dispute — escrow protects you. The vendors we work with are listed on the vendors page.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Torzon Market is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that every transaction will go smoothly, that every vendor is honest or that the market will be online 100% of the time. We do guarantee that escrow funds are held safely and that disputes are resolved by humans. Our liability is limited to the escrow amount in question — we don't cover indirect damages, lost profits or legal consequences arising from your use of the market.
9. Termination
We can suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms. Vendors who violate policies lose their bond. Buyers who file fraudulent disputes get banned. You can close your account at any time — withdraw your balance first, because we can't recover funds from a closed account.
10. Changes to these terms
We update these terms as needed. Material changes are announced through the market interface and signed with our PGP key. Continued use after changes go live means you accept the updated terms.
